Is MOZART your child's favorite MATH teacher?
MozartMath introduces your child to math through the power of music at a young age. Music is known to stimulate creativity, accelerate learning, and enhance intelligence. The MozartMath program teaches children skills that easily transfer into other areas. This interdisciplinary approach has proven effective in teaching preschoolers difficult MATH CONCEPTS as well as MUSIC CONCEPTS. Give your child the advantage of early exposure to both math and music through the MozartMath program!

The MozartMath Learning Set includes 34 sequential LESSON PLANS coupled with activity pages and creative curriculum tools. The MusicBox CD, one MusicBox Puzzle, and one pair of sand blocks are included in the kit.

The lesson plans are written for home or classroom use. Any parent--even with limited musical background--can effectively teach these concepts to their child.

The lessons consist of a variety of interactive activities such as singing, playing sand blocks, games, stories, and creative movement.

The MusicBox CD has several components, each with its own purpose. New information is introduced through creative new lyrics to familiar tunes while traditional children's songs reinforce concepts. Music appreciation is instilled as children experience Mozart, Beethoven, Bach, and other classical composers. All of the music required to teach the curriculum is included on the MusicBox CD.

The MusicBox Puzzle includes the essential pieces for children to create rhythm patterns and demonstrate understanding of both math and music concepts. The large, sturdy, easy to manipulate puzzle pieces are colorful and fun as well as practical. Each complete puzzle contains enough pieces for two children to use.

Children love making music on their own and with the classical composers while playing sand blocks. This rhythm instrument gives the children a "hands-on" experience. The sand blocks are all wood with a natural finish and durable sand paper.

Give your child the chance to reap the benefits of early music education as well as early exposure to math! Research shows that the communication between the hemispheres of the brain is improved--in fact, the very pathways of communication are improved--as children are exposed to music. These improved pathways of communication will help your child throughout their life and increase their intelligence in areas other than music. In order to understand many difficult math concepts, a person must have excellent communication between hemispheres of the brain and be able to think several steps ahead. Studies show that music education prepares the brain for this process. The MozartMath program gives children a solid foundation in both areas.
